The O’Connells, along with their loyal friend, Jonathan Carnahan (John Hannah), and the enigmatic Medjai warrior, Ardeth Bay (Oded Fehr), must race against time to stop Imhotep and prevent the apocalypse. Their journey takes them from the bustling streets of London to the desolate deserts of Egypt.
Alex, kidnapped by Imhotep’s followers, must be saved by his parents while also deciphering clues to the location of the Scorpion King’s hidden oasis. The family faces numerous perils, including reanimated mummies, booby-trapped tombs, and ancient curses. Evelyn’s past life as the Egyptian princess Nefertiri is revealed, adding a deeper layer to the conflict as she confronts her previous life’s nemesis, Anck-su-namun (Patricia VelΓ‘squez).
